Training every Sunday! Launching off the jetty in St. Dogmaels until sea conditions off Aberporth beach are more stable. Rowing times are dependent on the tide so please contact Oli or Andy to confirm each week.  As a rough idea we try to launch around High tide Ceredigion Tide Tables

The boat will be in the water again this weekend for training and taster sessions so come along and have a row! No equipment required as all provided, just bring old or water suitable shoes.

Thanks to a lot of hard work form the team the boat is fully refurbished and ready for training. Come down Aberporth beach from 12pm to 2pm on Sunday to have a go. Weather forecast is sunny and sea conditions calm.
